BMW's K1200LT GPS Navigation
System manufactured by Garmin. The BMW Navigator is basically
a BMW-badged Garmin Street Pilot III, pre-programmed with name,
address & phone number of every BMW Motorcycle Dealer in the
US, with a custom mount (replaces the vanity light over the dash),
bike power adapter, powered external GPS antenna, 128 MB data card,
City Navigator 4.01 CD-ROM, USB Programmer, Combo Serial Cable w/
110V adaptor, Automotive Mount, bean-bag portable dash mount, portable
antenna, automotive power adaptor/external speaker, and Carrying
Case. Distributed by BMW Dealers. $1300 (Does not include
the interface cable to the BMW ComSystem).

This
item is custom machine made and has the �BMW K1200LT� embroidered
on the front .
The
GPS Cover has a draw string to keep the unit protected from the
elements. The cable cover has an elastic draw that keeps the wires
and the mounting bracket neatly tucked away and not visible to the
eye when the GPS is not present.
This
cover now fits units with or without sun visors. Custom work accepted.

Garmin
manufactures many different models of GPS systems suitable for
use on motorcycles. These include the Streetpilot Monochrome;
Streetpilot III, Streetpilot 2610 and 2620, Streetpilot 2650 and
2660, GPS V, 276C and the Quest. Click HERE for
the various items. Some discontinued models include the GPSIII,
GPSIII+, Streetpilot
Colormap, eMap, GPS 12Map; but accessories for these models may
still be available—check the Garmin site. Garmin units may
be purchased at traditional retail electronic outlets such as Best
Buy and Circuit City, but can also be found online at GPSCity and
TVNAV.
Hard-to-find Cables
Raffy carries a selection of hard-to-find cables, such as those
commonly
used
to
hook
up SPIII
types to
the K1200LT permanently or via a BMW plug.
