The CCR is a collection of folks from this web community that put a lot of their time & effort into making this event the spectacular gathering it is. It is accomplished as a labor of love and behind the scenes there are people are working tirelessly to make this event what it is every year. No one on the committee gets monetary compensation for their time, it�s 100% volunteer work and we need volunteers to help out while at the CCR.

I have been asked to organize volunteers to be on the Registration and the Merchandise tables for the CCR. If you are interested and are able to spend 2 hours (or more) of your time to help us out in these areas, please post under this thread and I will contact you.

I'll give two hours were you need me. Would be okay with registration or mechandise. Math major. Good with numbers.

Both my wife and I would love to help. Just let me know what you need.

Folks, as Woody sez - it's all volunteer. You may remember me running around last year looking like a chicken with it's head cut-off - because this group is so great and I have gotten so much out of it I am (with the help of WildBill and my wife) going to do registration again this year. Registration and Merchandise to me are the best places to be because you get to meet everyone and put faces to names.

Well...I got a room. And they ain't sold out yet. Another part of me wants to wait and just buy a registration from some poor soul that gets his/her plans changed on them. Sure, it saves me a few bucks. But more importantly, it lessens the blow from the individual that can't make it to CCR.

I understand completely. I was there last year having to sell my registrations right at the end. I just couldn't help the little brotherly dig. Hope your week is going well.

Woody, just sold the HD today...ordering the LT monday...Have been registered a while....Looks like we're really gonna make it. We will arrive late afternoon on Tues. We would be glad to do a couple of hours.(if we're not exausted)... Brand new to BMW...and LD touring...this will be our first trip. Going to Montrose,CO...to visit Dad...then 10hrs North to Jackson Lake. See you Tues.
