I must say that I have had zero problems with my install. Not only did BMR do the XM install, but previously, they had done the Autocom, FRS Radio, Cell Phone, and Valentine One integration - plus my Street Pilot III, all with zero problems. I did have a problem with the actual XM "head" unit, but that was a manufacturer problem, and not an install issue. I swapped out the head unit, and it was fine.
My two cents is that they know what they are doing, and go about it the correct way.
