What's one and two? Inquiring minds want to know...
For passes, I'd would say Loveland Pass and Berthoud Pass would be #1 and #2. Obviously it's open to debate. For high altitude paved roads not passes, Mount Evans Road and Trail Ridge Road would be hard to beat. Down in the Southwest part of the state, The Million Dollar Highway from Durango to Silverton are top notch. Not high altitude above timberline, but fun nonetheless. Right out of Denver, there is the Peak To Peak Highway that runs from Blackhawk to Nederland above Boulder at the top of Boulder Canyon. Lots of elevation changese, sweepers and hairpins with glorious views too. Just about any of the canyons west out of Denver have world class rides from high speed sweepers to tight twisty hairpins. Just like Christmas in a candy store.
