Harold, speaking unofficially, there is no refunfd of the CCR fee, and the hotels policy on the deposit refund may vary, but mine reads 7 days prior to date of arrival, refund minus a $30. service fee.
Concerning the CCR fee, you can offer it for sale to late comers should you have to cancel, and the CCR # is needed to make a room reservation, so I would guess you would have some takers. Good luck.
